Nowa Gazownia is the project of revitalization of a group of buildings of Old Gasworks situated in the centre of Poznan. The new space, creating the new type of public space will arise. In this space culture and education will become agents of social and economical bounding. Nowa Gazownia will become a meeting point of art, new technologies and emerging social ideas. It would be the new city centre, lively information and entertainment centre.It will become democratic place, where visitors are not only consumers, but are mostly partners and participants of the art process.
